PLATFORM MIGRATION
A critical platform needs to be replaced without interrupting the business.
The decision is not only how to migrate it, but what to move first, how both systems should coexist temporarily and when the change becomes irreversible.

Independent technical judgement
Before you commit weeks of development, pressure-test whether you are moving in the right direction.

Critical technology decisions
A technical second opinion is designed for situations where a poor decision can cost weeks of work, budget or avoidable technical debt.
01
Is the current approach scalable, maintainable and sustainable over time?
02
What are the real risks of migrating, and which alternatives should be considered first?
03
Are you locked into a supplier, technology or decision that may no longer be the best option?
04
Is carrying more technical debt starting to cost more than addressing it?
05
Is the issue really in the architecture, the code, the infrastructure or somewhere else?
06
Do you need to decide whether to fix, refactor, replace or rethink the solution?
We examine one specific question.
We compare realistic options.
We identify the relevant risks.
We end with a recommendation.
the meeting is not the outcome
01
You explain the decision you need to make and the relevant background.
02
I review the information and prepare the key points for the session.
03
A 60-minute video call to analyse alternatives, risks and decision criteria.
04
You receive a summary with conclusions, recommendation and next steps within 48 business hours.
The outcome
We will not try to analyse your entire system. We will identify the information needed to answer one specific decision properly.

APPLIED EXPERIENCE
Some decision patterns I have worked with for years.
A critical platform needs to be replaced without interrupting the business.
The decision is not only how to migrate it, but what to move first, how both systems should coexist temporarily and when the change becomes irreversible.
A responsibility could live in the application, in the ERP or in an external service.
The right option depends on ownership, coupling, cost, dependencies and future evolution.
Architecture, performance, technical debt and supplier issues seem to be part of the same problem.
Before investing more, you need to identify the real constraint and the intervention most likely to change the outcome.
Background
I am Eduardo Martos, Business & Technology Architect and CEO of Natiboo.
For more than two decades I have worked on projects where a technical decision could directly affect the business: critical production platforms, migrations, integrations, e-commerce and digital products with years of evolution behind them.
My work often starts where the answer stops being purely technical: when architecture, cost, risk, timelines, suppliers and business needs have to be balanced.

PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES
Recommendations from professionals I have worked with on complex technology projects through Natiboo.
We have been working with Eduardo and his Natiboo team for years, often on the most complex projects, the kind where you need real technical capability and a cool head to move things forward.
With Natiboo, collaboration has always been very fluid and fully integrated into our day-to-day work. They get involved, understand priorities quickly and contribute with sound judgement, not only technically but also through their understanding of the business and the stage the company is going through. In long-term relationships, that combination makes a real difference.
Natiboo is the kind of technology partner you want to have on complex, long-term projects: calm under pressure, clear in communication and always one step ahead. Easy to recommend.
During the second opinion I do not offer or quote for implementation. If later you want help executing it, that is assessed as a separate project and only if you explicitly ask for it.
